Karl Kaynar arrived at the pizza shop in Swanley on March 23 last year and brandished what appeared to be a firearm before asking: "Do you want to die?".
The 42-year-old then raided the till and made off with £400.
The next morning, Kaynar targeted a nearby Asda petrol station - entering the premises and threatening employees with a knife and a broken paving slab.

During this robbery, the thug also warned he would throw acid into the face of a victim before fleeing on foot with thousands of pounds in stolen cash.
Kaynar was tracked down and arrested later the same day, Kent Police said.
Searches close to the crime scenes led to the recovery of the handgun he had used, which was identified as being an air weapon.
