In total, 14 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $304,571, or $197 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 13 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A sale has been finalized for the single-family house at 144 Elmtowne Blvd. in Hammonton. The price was $155,000. It was built in 1978. The deal was finalized on Sep. 29.
