Gov. Katie Hobbs’ office announced Friday that it will hold interviews Monday, Oct. 27, for applicants seeking appointment to the Yuma County Superior Court.
The interviews will take place at the Yuma County Historic Courthouse, Courtroom 316, 250 W. 2nd St., and will include Eliza B. Johnson at 1:10 p.m. and Claudia M. González Jiménez at 1:30 p.m.
A public comment period will precede the interviews at 12:30 p.m., allowing members of the public to share input on the judicial applicants. Written comments may also be submitted to azgovlegal@az.gov and must be received by Friday, Oct. 31, to be considered. Applications for both candidates are available at bc.azgovernor.gov .
