A house in Somerset that sold for $1.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Franklin Township area in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 16 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $997,682. The average price per square foot was $307.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 13 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
