ADA COUNTY, Idaho — The Ada County Sheriff's Office has arrested eight people on felony voting charges following election audits that generated 37 investigations.

According to the office, the arrests stem from internal reviews of the 2020 and 2024 elections conducted by the Ada County Clerk's Office with assistance from the Idaho Secretary of State's Office.

All eight individuals are accused of casting ballots when they were ineligible to vote under Idaho law.
