MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (WSIL) -- UPDATE: The roadway is back open

ORIGINAL: 12:05 p.m. — The McCracken County Sheriff's Department is responding to a collision near the 9-mile marker westbound on Interstate 24. This is in the Paducah area.

The sheriff's office informed the public about the crash at 11:55 a.m. on Saturday, October 25.

Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to find alternate routes as the situation is ongoing.
