BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Papa’s Pumpkin Patch is closing after another successful season.
This year, the patch added new games and attractions for little kids to enjoy.
Family operator Cory Finneman said this season was less busy than years past. He attributed this to having to close on certain days because of bad weather.
“It’s been a good season here at Papa’s,” said Finneman. “We’ve had a few weekend days that we got rained out, but some of those weekends, we needed the rain.“
He said the patch usually sells out of pumpkins by the end of the season, but if there’s any leftover, it plans to donate them to different charities and organizations around town.
