JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KFYR) - The Class A State Cross Country Championship was a clean sweep from the West side of the state with two WDA teams winning the team titles, and two individuals from the West winning the solo titles.

The Bismarck High School boys’ team won its third consecutive state championship in dominant fashion, beating out second place by 41 points. The Demons were led by the individual state champion Owen Hintz, who won in a time of 15:27.8, which was 25 seconds faster than second place. The Demons had four runners finish in the top ten.
