The second annual North Island Menopause Conference is back in Campbell River.

On Nov. 8, hundreds of women from across the region will meet at the conference on Nov. 8 for a day of learning, connection, and empowerment.

“Every woman will experience menopause in her lifetime, and many women are surprised to find themselves in a tremendously difficult and isolating time much earlier than they would expect,” said Kathy Grayson, founder and executive director. “This conference is about changing that sense of confusion and isolation by providing education, community, and support.”

The conference will include ten speakers and over twenty vendors, offering a variety of workshops and resources focused on helping women better understand perimenopause and menopause.
