Michigan football may have lost linebacker Cole Sullivan during the first quarter against Michigan State at Spartan Stadium in East Lansing on Saturday, Oct. 25.
Sullivan went down near the end of the first quarter holding his left arm. He was attended to by trainers on the field as teammates stood around him. Sullivan eventually walked off the field and went down the tunnel with trainers.
The Wolverines opened the game as favorites, despite missing some key players on the offensive line. Sullivan's injury compounds that issue.
Michigan started three redshirt freshman on the offensive line against the Spartans , but the unit was still expected to be able to control the line of scrimmage against MSU.
