Baltimore police investigate shooting that left a man dead, child injured

"The young man that was shot, he was a passenger inside of a vehicle that was traveling down the road. He was an innocent bystander. He was not part of anything that was involving the adult male," Deputy Police Commissioner Kevin Jones said.
