ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
Albuquerque police are investigating a rollover crash on Coors Boulevard. South of Irving Boulevard, where police say an SUV flipped on its roof. Police say the crash happened Saturday, Oct. 25, when a brown Mercedes SUV was attempting to turn from northbound Coors into a parking lot on the same road.
The department said the Mercedes crossed three southbound lanes where vehicles stopped to allow the vehicle through traffic. A police officer was traveling southbound in the fourth lane and struck the SUV as it crossed in front of the APD vehicle.
Police say the driver and passenger of the SUV, both adults, complained of minor injuries. They also say the passenger was holding a child in her arms at the time of the crash. Emergency responders did not see any visible inju
