EUGENE — Oregon quarterback Dante Moore suffered an apparent injury during the third quarter against Wisconsin.
Moore appeared to be bleeding from above his nose following a1-yard run with 13:43 to go in the third quarter of Saturday’s game.
The redshirt sophomore dropped to a knee before walking to the injury tent, where he remained with members of Oregon’s medical and training staff for several minutes.
No. 6 Oregon took a 14-0 lead with Moore out and Brock Thomas in at quarterback. Thomas, a walk-on from Eugene, remained in on the following drive even after Moore emerged from the injury tent, initially with his helmet off but later put it back on while on the sideline.
Moore went 9 of 15 for 86 yards with four carries for minus-13 yards due to a pair of sacks.
