Move over “jacked guy,” the era of Colonel Sanders behind home plate has begun.

A goateed man draped in a white suit and black bow-tie stood out among the other Blue Jays fans in typical baseball attire sitting behind home plate of Game 2 of the World Series . There may be more to the story of the mysterious fan who resembles the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken.

He may actually be trying to throw some off of the Dodgers off their game.

Fans are speculating that the Colonel’s appearance is in reference to the “Curse of the Colonel,” a Japanese legend that the ghost of Colonel Sanders cursed the Hanshin Tigers, a team in Japan’s Nippon Baseball League, for throwing his statue in a canal.

No buff dudes but apparently Colonel Sanders is sitting behind home plate tonight. #BlueJa
