One person is dead and six others were hurt during a shooting at Lincoln University, according to the Chester County District Attorney.

In a post on Facebook, the DA said it is aware of the incident, law enforcement is currently on scene and an investigation is underway.

The university is currently celebrating homecoming, according to NBC10.

This comes just a day after a shooting at Howard University, also an HBCU.
