The Golden State Warriors kicked off the season with a win against the Los Angeles Lakers. Their winning momentum continued in their second game against the Denver Nuggets as well. However, in their third game, the Warriors fell short against the Portland Trail Blazers, which marked their first loss of the season.
The defeat was already frustrating for the Warriors, but the night took another turn when a Blazers fan confronted Buddy Hield after the game. The fan reportedly asked Hield to apologize for swearing in front of his teenage son. Yet, instead of apologizing, Hield responded by cursing at him.
