The body of the young woman, identified as Riya Rajvanshi was recovered from Nayan's rented house in Lakhiminagar on Friday evening.

Following the recovery of a young woman’s body, along with drugs and cash inside a building in Guwahati’s Hatigaon area, Dispur Police have arrested the main accused Rohan Kashyap alias Nayan Das.

The body of the young woman, identified as Riya Rajvanshi was recovered from Nayan’s rented house in Lakhiminagar on Friday evening.

According to reports, the prime accused, Rohan Kashyap, also known as Nayan Das, had a girlfriend, who was at home in Boko for about week ago. During her absence, Nayan allegedly brought another woman to the rented residence.
