In the Kurnool bus fire accident that claimed 20 lives, the police have registered a case against Shivashankar, the biker who died moments before the tragic fire for reckless driving.

The case was filed based on a complaint by Erriswami, who was travelling with Shivashankar at the time of the incident.

According to the FIR, Erriswami said that both he and Shivashankar had consumed alcohol before setting out on their motorcycle. While riding in an inebriated state, Shivashankar allegedly lost control of the bike, which hit a road divider and fell onto the highway. Shivashankar reportedly died on the spot, while Erriswami sustained injuries.
