The Buffalo Bills played their last game with three only healthy defensive tackles, and their starting defensive ends played at least two-thirds of the snaps.
They're getting reinforcements on Sunday.
Defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi and defensive end Michael Hoecht are back from six-game suspensions to start the season for violating the NFL’s policy performance-enhancing drugs (PED) policy. Both were added to the 53-man roster on Tuesday and have yet to debut for Buffalo after signing as free agents this offseason.
The Bills knew about Hoecht’s looming suspension before signing him but were surprised by Ogunjobi’s , general manager Brandon Beane said in March.
