Oregon enters the 2025-2026 men's college basketball season unranked, but the Ducks have advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament in each of the past two seasons and have two of the top players in the Big Ten back for 2025-26.
Forward Nate Bittle made the conference's all-defensive team and averaged 14.2 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.1 blocked shots per game last season. He shot 51.1% from the field and 81.1% from the free throw line, and his 74 blocked shots led the Big Ten.
Guard Jackson Shelstad joins Bittle on the preseason all-Big Ten team, though he could open this season unable to play due to a broken right hand suffered in practice around the beginning of October. Any absence should be short, however.
