Week 9 of the 2025 college football season went largely according to plan in the ACC.

Eight days after a stunning home loss against Louisville, No. 9 Miami rebounded, overcoming a slow start to blow out Stanford 42-7. Mark Fletcher did much of the work, rushing for three touchdowns and 106 yards after being held to a season-low 18 yards in the setback against Louisville.

The No. 22 Cardinals , meanwhile, were able to avoid a letdown, pulling away to defeat Boston College 38-24 in a largely lethargic performance. Sophomore star Isaac Brown continued his midseason surge with 205 rushing yards and a touchdown on just 14 carries in the victory.
