The Green Bay Packers (4-1-1) and the Pittsburgh Steelers (4-2) meet for Sunday Night Football at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. ET (NBC). Let's analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's Packers vs. Steelers odds and tab the 5 best prop bets to win among SportsbookWire's expert NFL picks and predictions for Week 8.
The Packers snuck by the Arizona Cardinals 27-23 last time out as a 7-point favorite as the Over (44.5) cashed. PK Lucas Havrisik, filling in for the injured Brandon McManus, hit a franchise-record 61-yard field goal in Arizona. RB Josh Jacobs rushed for 55 yards with 2 TDs. The Pack have won back-to-back games, but they're 0-4 against the spread (ATS) in the past 4 games. Green Bay has scored exactly 27 points 4 times in 6 games.
The Steelers suffered a 33-31 loss at Cincinnati on Thursday Night Football in Week 7 as a 5.5-point favorite, snapping a 3-0 ATS cover streak. Despite the loss, QB Aaron Rodgers threw for 249 yards and 4 TDs, while RB Jaylen Warren rushed for 127 yards. TE Pat Freiermuth registered 5 grabs for 111 yards and 2 scores. The Over (45) cashed, and it is now 4-2 in 6 games for the Steelers.
As far as the injury report is concerned, McManus (quadriceps) carries a questionable tag, but it looks like he'll play. Meanwhile, WR Christian Watson (knee) was activated from the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list, is also questionable, as is rookie WR Matthew Golden (hip). WR Dontayvion Wicks (calf) is out, too.
For the Steelers, they have no notable skill position players questionable or doubtful for SNF, as WR Calvin Austin III (shoulder), WR DK Metcalf (rest) and LB T.J. Watt (hip) were all removed from the injury report.

Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers OVER 225.5 PASSING YARDS (-115)
It's a revenge game for Rodgers against his former and original NFL team. When Rodgers faced the New York Jets in Week 1 on the road, the 41-year-old turned back the clock, completing 22-of-30 passes for 244 yards, 4 TDs and 0 INT in a 34-32 victory. He didn't make any bones about the fact he was playing with a chip on his shoulder.
Against the Packers, who drafted QB Jordan Love to be the future, he might not have as many hard feelings as against the Jets, but it still means a lot to him, and you know Rodgers is going to be going all out.
Steelers RB Jaylen Warren UNDER 56.5 RUSHING YARDS (-115)
Warren rolled up 127 rushing yards on 16 carries against the Bengals last Thursday night, averaging 7.9 yards per carry (YPC), including a gallop of 37 yards. He isn't likely to have nearly the kind of success against the Packers.
According to NFL.com, the Packers are No. 1 in the NFL with 459 rushing yards allowed, and just 3.5 YPC. They've allowed just one run of 20 or more yards, and 3 rushing scores. Go low on Warren, as he crashes back to Earth.
Packers RB Emanuel Wilson OVER 3.5 RUSHING ATTEMPTS (-155)
With Jacobs healthy, Wilson will simply be called upon to offer the star tailback a breather when he needs one. However, there is room for Wilson to see at least 4 carries.
Wilson carried 6 times for 17 yards in Arizona last week, and he has 6 or more totes in 3 of the past 4 games. He averages 4.2 YPC, and he is also worth a look at Over 15.5 rushing yards (-120), too, if you're into it.
Steelers WR DK Metcalf OVER 56.5 RECEIVING YARDS (-115)
If you're a little on the conservative side, you can check the 'receiving yards' props and play 50+, 75+, 100+, etc. We'll take Metcalf at Over 56.5 receiving yards, as we like Rodgers. And, if Rodgers is to hit his Over in passing yards, Metcalf is then a good bet to hit the Over in receiving yards.
He went Under last week, posting just 3 grabs for 50 yards on 5 targets. He also had his 4-game TD streak snapped. In fact, if you like playing props, take a chance on Metcalf Anytime TD Scorer (+150), too.

Steelers PK Chris Boswell OVER 6.5 POINTS (-140)
Yep, you know it's a kicker prop for the fifth play. Boswell is the better play, as McManus is returning from an injury, and with a questionable tag, there is no guarantee he even plays.
Boswell has totaled 18 points in the past 2 games hitting 4-of-5 on field goals, while knocking through 6-of-6 on point-after attempts. He has 6 or more points in 5 of 6 games, and 7 or more points in 4 of his outings. With a Packers defense which is stout, especially against the run, there could be more field-goal opportunities.
