Her hospitality proved so popular that within a few years, she and her husband, a local judge, bought neighboring properties, expanding the retreat into several houses along Beach Boulevard. Today, under new ownership, the White House Hotel continues to evolve, drawing visitors from across the Gulf Coast and beyond.
