The Supreme Court will hear the case related to stray dogs on Monday. A three-member special bench comprising Justice Vikram Nath, Justice Sandeep Mehta, and Justice NV Anjaria will hear the matter. The court had taken suo motu cognisance of the matter. Additionally, four separate petitions related to the case have also been listed for hearing today.
In the previous hearing on August 22, the Supreme Court had expanded the scope of the case related to stray dogs from Delhi-NCR to the entire country and directed all states and union territories to be made parties to it. Meanwhile, the court had said,
