Veteran actor Satish Shah passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at his Mumbai residence. He had recently undergone a kidney transplant and had been facing health challenges in recent months.

His last rites were performed on Sunday morning in Vile Parle, attended by family, friends, and colleagues from the film and television industry.
