The Badgers were shut out against Iowa and No. 1 Ohio State in their previous two games before playing the Ducks. A two-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Hunter Simmons to tight end Lance Mason was the Badgers' only score of the night. Oregon defeated Wisconsin 21-7 in front of 58,940 fans at Autzen Stadium.
The loss dropped UW to 2-6 on the season, and was the program's sixth consecutive defeat.
