Louisiana State Police urged the public Sunday to be on the lookout for a 6-year-old Ponchatoula boy who was taken from his mother's Washington Parish home after his father allegedly assaulted her with a hunting knife and fled with the boy.
Noah Beall and his father, 45-year-old Joshua Beall, were last seen around 10 p.m. on Saturday at his mother's house on La. Highway 438 in Franklinton.
The Washington Parish Sheriff's Office, who identified both father and son as Ponchatoula residents, said they were concerned Noah could be in danger. The Sheriff's Office said Beall is wanted for home invasion and aggravated second-degree battery of a dating partner.
