Chicago Bears defensive lineman Shemar Turner (knee) was ruled out against the Ravens after being carted to the locker room. Defensive lineman Dominique Robinson (ankle) is doubtful to return.

Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Shaka Heyward (fibula) was ruled out against the Jets.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson underwent surgery to repair the orbital fracture that landed him on injured reserve, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. Richardson is expected to return this season, per Rapoport.

Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Tarheeb Still is expected to miss 2-4 weeks with an MCL sprain he suffered in Thursday night's win over the Vikings.
