Staffing issues triggered a brief ground stop for flights heading to Oakland from Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday, officials said.

The Federal Aviation Administration said the ground stop only affected LAX flights to Oakland International Airport. The issue occurred at about 8:45 a.m. but was lifted by 10:30 a.m., the agency said.

The stop was due to a staffing issue on Oakland’s end, according to the FAA. It’s unclear exactly how many flights were impacted.
