Nizamabad ( Telangana ) [India], October 26 (ANI): Former MLC and Telangana Jagruthi President K Kavitha on Sunday asked the eight BJP MPs in the state to resign to get the Governor and President's assent for the 42 per cent Backwards Class reservation in local body polls.
Speaking to ANI, Kavitha held the BJP responsible for the BC reservation not being implemented in the state.
She said, "The BJP is responsible for this. The bill for the BC reservation has been passed in the Assembly and is pending with the Governor. It is pending with the President of India. It will be passed in both these places when the BJP takes a political decision."
