Hamas says it has expanded the search for the bodies of the remaining hostages to new areas of Gaza amid growing pressure for it to return them, under the US-brokered ceasefire deal.

Egypt has also deployed a team of experts and heavy equipment to help. Lianne Pollak-David is a former adviser at the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office and the National Security Council, and a co-founder of the Coalition for Regional Security.
