WOLVERHAMPTON, England (AP) — Wolverhampton manager Vitor Pereira was involved in a heated exchange with his own fans after a 3-2 loss to Burnley kept his team in last place in the Premier League on just two points from nine games on Sunday.
Molineux turned toxic after the final whistle, with Pereira going over to the Wolves fans behind one of the goals with striker Jorgen Strand Larsen and receiving chants of “sacked (fired) in the morning.”
