Ahead of a matchup with Cincinnati, OL John Simpson said HC Aaron Glenn's message this week was a simple one.

"Focus on getting one percent better at whatever you do," Simpson said. "Whether it be meetings, practice, walkthroughs, hot tub, cold tub. Whatever it is, just get one percent better and let the rest take care of itself."

The Jets are searching for their first win and offensively, looking to bounce back from two consecutive games without a TD.
