The Boston Red Sox's infield for next season remains up in the air with question marks at nearly every position.

Though there continue to be rumors that the Red Sox will trade one of their young outfielders this offseason, Boston's outfield is set with some combination of the remaining players. The infield is a whole other story. Triston Casas will be returning from a serious knee injury. Alex Bregman is expected to opt out of his contract and test free agency, with the middle infield consisting of some combination of Marcelo Mayer, Kristian Campbell and Trevor Story if he opts into his contract.
