INDIANAPOLIS — Inside Once Upon a Child on the west side of Indianapolis , you can find more than children's clothes and toys.

You can find affordable, gently used Halloween costumes.

A skeleton, police officer and the Joker are just some of the options for kids from a few months old to 12-years-old.

"It's like a full circle thing, so I really love giving back and just helping the community to do wonderful things and not let kids miss out because of financial issues" Meghan Smith said.

Smith owns the store. She says now until Halloween, each costume is 50% off. Some even as low as $2.25. Her store sells new costumes as well at a discounted price.
