Luke Humphries dropped a curse word while making a blunt admission following his defeat in the European Championship final.
The former world champion was beaten 11-10 by Gian van Veen in Dortmund on Sunday night.
Humphries , who kept his world no.1 status by reaching the final, missed out on winning the tournament for the first time.
Cool Hand saw off both James Wade and Danny Noppert earlier in the day to set up a clash with Van Veen.
However, after taking an early 4-1 lead, he faced a spirited fight back from his young opponent.
Van Veen won ten of the next 16 legs to clinch a thrilling victory in Germany after surviving a match dart from his rival.
In doing so, the 24-year-old also scooped his first PDC major title as Humphries' wait for a European Championship title goes on.
