Lawyers for Brian Walshe , the Cohasset man charged with killing and dismembering his wife , said Thursday they will object to any attempt by prosecutors to introduce evidence at his murder trial that he viewed or searched for “pornography involving a cheating wife” before the killing, records show.
In court records filed in Norfolk Superior Court, Walshe’s attorneys said that while much of the Internet history on his devices will be admissible, “he may/will certainly be objecting to a host of items, including, but not limited to, ‘pornography involving a cheating wife.’”
The defense was responding to a prosecution motion seeking to admit Walshe’s Internet history on his personal devices.
