New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye had another outstanding performance on Sunday, beating the Cleveland Browns 32-13.
Despite Cleveland’s pass rusher Myles Garrett sacking Maye five times, the 23-year-old quarterback still threw for 282 yards, three touchdowns and one interception.
Garrett has encountered numerous talented quarterbacks during his nine-year NFL career, and he believes that Maye is on the verge of becoming a great quarterback.
“I think he is a great human being,” Garrett said on Sunday, via Boston Herald’s Doug Kyed. “I think he is a good quarterback who is soon to be a great quarterback. I like how he’s grown.
