LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

The dreary and cool conditions will linger for the upcoming work week.

Monday will be mainly cloudy with a few light showers, drizzle and sprinkles possible throughout the day with highs topping out in the upper 50s.

Tuesday looks to be dry, but the clouds will stick around, although a few peeks of sunshine should push temperatures close to 60 for a high.

Impact weather arrives late Tuesday night into Wednesday as an upper-level low will move over the region, producing a very wet Wednesday with cool showers likely for most of the day.
