EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) - Edmond Police said that an apparent accidental shooting sent two boys to the hospital Sunday night.

The shooting happened near South Broadway and Burton Place just before 10 p.m.

Officers said the boys were in a back bedroom of the home when one boy reportedly accidentally shot through his own hand and hit the other child in the abdomen.

Police reported that the kids' conditions are stable tonight.
