Prince Andrew has reportedly finally agreed to leave his lavish 30-room royal residence, but only on the condition the Palace grants him a brazen request.

The disgraced royal is demanding he be given two swanky homes in return for moving out of Royal Lodge — one for him and one for ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

The pair currently live together in the Georgian mansion set in 40ha of gardens in the heart of Windsor Great Park, where they have paid only a “peppercorn” rent for more than 20 years.

Details of the generous lease arrangement emerged last week, causing fresh outrage.
