Dre Bullock scored 23 points and Harry Rouliadeff contributed 17 as the University of Hawaii basketball team rallied for Sunday’s 93-77 exhibition victory over Chaminade at Bankoh Arena in Stan Sheriff Center.
An estimated crowd of a 1,500 saw the Rainbow Warriors fall behind by as much as 68-61 against the Silverswords’ grasping full-court press.
But UH forward Gytis Nemeiksa rebounded his own miss and scored on a putback to give the ’Bows a 75-74 lead with 3:42 to play. The ’Bows would not trail again.
Bullock, who transferred from South Dakota this summer, had several highlight plays in his first UH start, including a windmill jam after a steal.
