Back in March, actor Allari Naresh, best known for his comedy roles, announced a horror film titled 12A Railway Colony. The film marks the directorial debut of Nani Kasaragadda.

The makers have now revealed that the movie will hit theaters on November 21, 2025. With no other major Telugu releases scheduled for that date, the film has a clear window to make its mark if the content and promotions click with audiences.

Dr. Anil Vishwanath, the writer of Polimera and Polimera 2, serves as the showrunner for this project, in addition to handling the story, screenplay, and dialogues.

The film also features Dr. Kamakshi Bhaskarla, Sai Kumar, Viva Harsha, Getup Srinu, Saddam, Jeevan Kumar, Gagan Vihari, Anish Kuruvilla, Madhumani, and others in key roles.
