Seeing Premier Roger Cook spreading the word about WA resources and technology in Asia recently, it was hard not to think about what was missing from his kitbag.
The Premier is absolutely correct to promote liquefied natural gas and carbon capture and storage, both of which will help our trading partners decarbonise while creating and sustaining jobs here in WA.
It’s just a shame that he didn’t have the opportunity to do the same for a WA uranium sector, which could very quickly become globally relevant if given a chance.
