The 32-year-old man found dead in a fire in Timarpur's Gandhi Vihar was killed in a planned act of vengeance, Delhi Police found out. Ram Kesh Meena, a 32-year-old who had been preparing for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) entrance exam, was allegedly killed by a trio including his live-in partner for refusing to delete private videos that he stored against her wish.
Ram Kesh's live-in partner, Amrita Chauhan, shared her concerns with her former partner Sumit Kashyap about the man having stored her obscene vidoes in a hard disk against her wish. Angered by the development, Kashyap sought the help of Sandeep Kumar, a common friend of Chauhan and himself. All of them are residents of Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh.
