NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio -- It’s not Halloween in North Olmsted without Boo Bash and Trunk or Treat.

Due to ongoing construction at Community Park, the third annual affair -- sponsored by North Olmsted Parks & Recreation Department and the North Olmsted police department -- took place Oct. 11 in the North Olmsted High School parking lot.

“The police department organized over 30 creative and fun trunk or treat stations with lots of candy for everyone,” North Olmsted Rec Commissioner Betsy Drenski said.

“The Recreation Department hosted games, a bounce house, DJ, food trucks and free pumpkins.”

The popular event attracted more than 500 children, who attended with their families.
