GARDENDALE, Ala. (WIAT) -- A 20-year-old Hayden man was killed in an ATV crash over the weekend.

Cole Michael Sims was traveling on Cluster Springs Road in Gardendale early Saturday morning when the ATV he was riding rolled over on a hill. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office confirmed Sims was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash around 4:00 a.m.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash at this time.
