NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a domestic-related stabbing that left a woman dead.
Around 7:55 a.m. on Monday, dispatchers received a call reporting a domestic incident at a home in the 400 block of East Brambleton Avenue. Officers arrived to find 23-year-old Shakira S. Clark of Norfolk suffering from life-threatening injuries. Clark was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives charged 25-year-old Keandre Debrough with second-degree murder in connection with the stabbing. He was taken into custody in the City of Portsmouth on October 28 by Norfolk Police. Debrough also faces additional charges unrelated to this incident.
