KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Duke basketball used a strong second half to take down No. 17 Tennessee, 83-76, on the road at Food City Center on Sunday night.

The Blue Devils outscored the Vols 46-33 across the final 20 minutes to pick up their second exhibition win before officially tipping the season off on Tuesday, Nov. 4 vs. Texas at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte.

Cameron Boozer finished with another double-double, this time putting up 24 points with 23 rebounds and six assists on 7-of-20 shooting. Isaiah Evans followed with 22 points and Patrick Ngongba II with 15. The Blue Devils ended the night shooting 34.8% (24-of-69) from the floor and 37% (10-of-27) from 3.

Tennessee was led by Ja'Kobi Gillespie's 19 points and eight assists. Nate Ament finished as Tennessee's second leading scorer
