CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. — Update, Sunday, Oct 26 (7 p.m.)

Authorities have arrested a Delaware man in connection to the shooting at Lincoln University.

Zecqueous Morgan-Thompson, 21, was charged with firearms not to be carried without a license.

According to authorities with the Chester County District Attorney's Office, Lincoln University Police observed Morgan-Thompson in possession of a handgun while responding to the shooting.

Authorities interviewed Morgan-Thompson in reference to the firearm, who reportedly said it belonged to his mother. He admitted to transporting the firearm from Wilmington, Delaware to Lincoln University on the day of the shooting, according to the affidavit of probable cause.

Morgan-Thompson then reportedly stated that he arrived at the campus at around 4 p.m
